Cancellation Policy:
A credit card or cash deposit guarantee is required at the time of booking. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours (48 for overnight) and no-shows will be charged the full amount



Pick-up time confirmation:
If you have not received a pick up time confirmation by 8:00pm the evening before your tour, please call our office. ( Afternoon City Tours will be called in at 10am the day of the tour.)



Viewing Conditions:
Vaughan's Southwest Custom Tours, Inc. is not responsible for viewing conditions at sites visited and reserves the right to alter or cancel a tour due traffic or weather and/or road conditions.



National Park requirements:
At Southwest Tours, the health and safety of our guests and employees are our priority. We follow CDC and National Park guidelines.



Errors and/or omissions of others:
Vaughan's Southwest Tours, Inc. is not responsible for injury, death, errors or omissions by third party companies.



Overnight tours:
Only a backpack or small bag, no suitcases.



Tour Vehicle:
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles or supply subcontract vehicles at any time, for any reason as we see fit.



Itinerary:
We reserve the right to change tour itinerary after tour departure due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, traffic, road conditions, or any other condition outside our control.
