Celebrating 35 years of excellence! On January 17, 1983 Southwest Custom Tours began as a one-man operation with Jim Vaughan, owner and founder. Since then we have become the premier van tour company in Arizona!
Having toured thousands of visitors to Arizona over the years, we are the trusted choice for vacationers, travel agents, destination managers and the hospitality industry when booking their guests and clients. Our fleet has no more than six (6) fifteen -passenger vans, custom seated with captain chairs for up to twelve passengers. We conduct regularly scheduled van tours every day of the year, including all holidays.

CONVENIENCE – We pick up from select centrally located hotels and resorts in Phoenix and Scottsdale Arizona. We return you to the same location at the end of the tour. We do the driving and parking so you get to spend more time seeing and experiencing your destination.
SMALL GROUPS – Touring in small groups of no more than 12 people give you a high quality, friendly, and relaxing tour with a personal tour feel. Traveling on a big bus tour can get confusing and impersonal. Small groups give you time to talk with your tour guide and ask questions. Many of our guests make new friends with other traveling companions for that day. Small groups are a good value with personalized service at a reasonable price.

CUSTOMIZATION – If you don’t want to tour with a group you can also arrange a private tour. You decide where we go, when we go, and how long we stay. Individual, family or group tours of any size. From the comfort of a Chrysler Town & Country mini van, to large buses, and everything in between. We have the ability to accommodate your every touring need.
VALUE –Our tours are affordably priced compared to our competitors. Other private tour companies charge from $179 to$195 and up for comparable tours.
