	Cancellation Policy: A credit card or cash deposit guarantee is required at the time of booking. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full amount. Pick–up time confirmation: If you have not received a pick up time confirmation by 8:00pm the evening before your tour, please call our office. (Afternoon City Tours will be called in at 10am the day of the tour.) Viewing Conditions: Vaughan’s Southwest Custom Tours, Inc. is not responsible for viewing conditions at sites visited and reserves the right to alter or cancel a tour due to weather and/or road conditions. Tour Minimums: We reserve the right to require a minimum number of passengers to operate any tour and may cancel the tour if these minimums are not met. Errors and/or omissions of others: Vaughan’s Southwest Tours, Inc. is not responsible for injury, death, errors or omissions by third party companies.
*FUEL SURCHARGE 2012* Due to the sudden increase in fuel prices Vaughan’s Southwest Custom Tours will begin charging a fuel surcharge on all scheduled and custom tours beginning March 5th, 2012. This fuel surcharge will remain in effect until the average price of regular gas drops below $3.50 or after our next tour price increase. FUEL SURCHARGE FOR DAILY SCHEDULED TOURS Surcharge prices are subject to change Grand Canyon via Navajo: $5 per person, Adult: $145 Child $75 Sedona and Jerome Tour: $4 per person, Adult: $109 Child $56 City tour with Pueblo Grande $3 per person, Adult: $60 Child $30 Apache Trail Tour with Dolly Steamboat: $4 per person, Adult $109 Child $56 Tombstone and San Xavier Mission: $5 per person, Adult $145 Child $75
