Terms and conditions

Cancellation Policy: A credit card or cash deposit guarantee is required at the time of booking. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Pick–up time confirmation: If you have not received a pick up time confirmation by 8:00pm the evening before your tour, please call our office. (Afternoon City Tours will be called in at 10am the day of the tour.)

Viewing Conditions: Vaughan’s Southwest Custom Tours, Inc. is not responsible for viewing conditions at sites visited and reserves the right to alter or cancel a tour due to weather and/or road conditions.

Tour Minimums: We reserve the right to require a minimum number of passengers to operate any tour and may cancel the tour if these minimums are not met.

Errors and/or omissions of others: Vaughan’s Southwest Tours, Inc. is not responsible for injury, death, errors or omissions by third party companies.

♦ Tombstone Tour - Bring a valid Passport or U.S./Canadian drivers license.
